We study how cell membranes contribute to human diseases, with a particular focus on rare neurodegenerative disorders and viral infection.

Our lab combines curiosity about the molecular and physical principles of membrane function with a passion for developing novel technologies to study them.

We are based at the Biofisika Institute, on the University of the Basque Country campus.
